The $455 million-$475 million Red Rock Station Resort will be located at the intersection of I-215 and West Charleston Boulevard, representing the station casino’s entry northwest of the valley. The resort will employ more than 2,000 team members and will include 2,700 slots and video poker machines, 60 game tables, state-of-the-art racing and sports books, a 12-table poker room, and a 600-seat bingo game room. The resort will also include 400 hotel rooms, 10 full-service restaurants, nightclubs, 16-screen Regal Cinema, and child care. The property will have 40,000 square feet of conference and convention space, 20,000 square feet of full-service spa, salons, and exercise facilities. The resort’s swimming pool and beach areas will feature a private poolside cabana, two poolside bars, and a poolside cafe.

Red Rock Station is expected to be completed in early 2006. The resort will be the center of the Summerlin Center, a 400-acre downtown mixed-use center in Summerlin. It will feature a local retail center, a Class A office building, and mid-level residential facilities.
