He begins his SOFTSWISS journey as the company’s head of management services VIP. His mission is to strengthen VIP services. It means that we will do innovative analysis and segmentation to increase the value and retention of the department. The goal is to increase the value of VIPs and increase revenue.
Hamilton is a very well-known figure in the industry. He is a customer-focused expert in iGaming who will help SOFTSWISS improve its business. Hamilton’s industry knowledge and considerable experience will be a fantastic addition to the VIP Player Support team.
Rhys has more than 18 years of experience in the iGaming industry. He has worked in a variety of roles over the years, including casino director at League of Entertainment and VIP director at Casumo and Hero Gaming.
Prior to taking this position, Hamilton lived in Gibraltar, where he moved to Malta to join SOFTSWISS’s team. 슬롯머신
