Entain plc, a global sports betting, gaming and interactive entertainment group, announced the completion of its acquisition of Angstrom Sports, a company specializing in next-generation sports modeling, prediction and data analysis.
As announced on 17 July 2023, the initial £81 million will have to be paid upon completion, with additional conditional payments totaling £122 million over three years.
